As Service Delivery Director, I lead the delivery of Hard FM services and Alongside Services across Portsmouth Naval Base, ensuring alignment with our Zero Harm culture and strategic enterprise objectives. My role is focused on integrating Service Delivery with asset management, infrastructure programmes and customer engagement to assure the Naval Base remains Safe to Operate and that we Operate Safely.
