As Infrastructure Programme Lead for KBS Maritime I will bring my experience of 30 years Civil Engineering including 15+ years as a Project Controls Manager to develop a programme of works at Portsmouth Naval Base.  Working closely with MOD to form an integrated PMO we will focus on long term development, as well as short term need, to sustain and improve the infrastructure.  In addition to the programme of works we will develop an efficient reporting system to ensure programme control.  The opportunities for PNB are exciting and I am extremely pleased to be a part of them.
