As the Infrastructure Programme Director for KBS Maritime, I bring my experience of 30 years Civil Engineering including 15+ years as a Project Controls Manager, to develop the programme of works at Portsmouth Naval Base.  Working closely with MOD to form an integrated PMO we are focussed on long term development, as well as short term need, to sustain and improve the infrastructure.  In addition to the programme of works, we have developed an efficient reporting system to ensure programme control.  The opportunities for PNB are exciting and I am extremely pleased to be a part of them.
