KBS Maritime achieve Bronze Employer Recognition from the Armed Forces

We are thrilled to announce that KBS Maritime has achieved the Bronze Employer Recognition Scheme for the Armed Forces Covenant. This is a significant milestone in our commitment to supporting those who have served our country.

KBS has worked hard to meet the criteria for the Bronze level of the ERS. We have committed to employing veterans and reservists and ensuring that they are treated fairly in the workplace. We have also provided support to the families of serving personnel and veterans, recognising the unique challenges that they face.

We are proud to be part of the Armed Forces Covenant and to demonstrate our commitment to supporting those who have served our country. We believe that the skills and experience of veterans and reservists are an asset to our organisation, and we are committed to ensuring that they have the support they need to succeed in the workplace.

Thank you to all of our teams which have contributed to our achievement of the Bronze Employer Recognition Scheme of the Armed Forces Covenant. We look forward to continuing our work in support of the community and hope to achieve even greater recognition in the future.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a pledge that businesses and organisations can make to demonstrate their support for members of the armed forces community. This includes serving personnel, veterans, and their families. The Covenant is a way for organisations to show their gratitude for the sacrifices made by those who have served our country and to ensure that they are treated with fairness and respect.

The Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) is a program within the Armed Forces Covenant that recognises employers who have demonstrated a commitment to supporting the armed forces community. The ERS has three levels of recognition; Bronze, Silver and Gold. To achieve the Bronze level, organisations must meet a set of criteria that demonstrate their support for the armed forces community.
