We hear from Vasiliki Kalomoiri, an Asset Design Manager for the buildings within Portsmouth Naval Base. Vasiliki is responsible for the delivery of projects from inception to completion, considering amongst other things the design risks, the Health and Safety and the Net Zero Carbon.
We hear from Sarah Hedges, an Electrical Engineer working within the KBS Maritime Engineering, Assurance & Compliance Team (EnACT) and providing engineering support to KBS and other teams on the base and assuring our customer that the base facilities, plant and equipment are compliant and safe to operate.

KBS Maritime is a business formed in 2021 through a joint venture partnership between KBR and BAE Systems, combining the expertise of KBR as a global leader in infrastructure asset management and services with BAE Systems’ experience and capability within Portsmouth Naval Base.
