We are the Royal Navy’s partner for delivery of Infrastructure services at Portsmouth.

Our delivery model is predicated on a ‘best athlete’ approach to supporting Naval outputs. Through a series of Framework Agreements, we ensure that our Strategic Estates and Project Delivery teams have access to ideas and specialist resources to address the current and future needs of the Navy Base.

By providing visibility of the Royal Navy’s 20 Year Estate Plan, we are able to establish long-term relationships with our Technical Services, Project and Service Delivery partners.

In addition, we work with over 200 SME’s to deliver minor works and maintenance service across the Naval Base.
