Chloe Woolgar Makes the Final of Portsmouth and Chichester Apprenticeship Awards

KBS Maritime is proud to celebrate Apprentice Project Manager, Chloe Woolgar, who has been named a finalist in the Portsmouth and Chichester Apprenticeship Awards.

The recognition reflects Chloe’s outstanding achievements since joining KBS Maritime in September last year and highlights the impact she has already made within the business while undertaking her Project Management Degree Apprenticeship.

From the moment she joined KBS, Chloe’s exemplary attitude has allowed her to excel in her role and has been a key driver in her success at KBS. Balancing the demands of university study alongside a busy project delivery role, she has consistently maintained high standards across both commitments. Her maturity, resilience and determination have enabled her to thrive in a fast-paced environment while continuing to develop her knowledge and skills. She is known for asking insightful questions, seeking solutions to complex challenges and building positive relationships across the Integrated Delivery Team.

Her nomination for the Portsmouth and Chichester apprentice awards came about as a result of her appointment as the lead for a programme of 8 projects supporting the future arrival of the new T31 class of Royal Navy warships in Portsmouth. These projects are aligned to a strategic objective of ensuring the Naval Base has the necessary infrastructure and utility capabilities in place ahead of the vessels entering service in 2028.

Her nomination for an award is a testimony to both her character, her work and the apprenticeship scheme here at KBS Maritime. At KBS, we are proud to  invest in the next generation of talent and this award is a testament to the success of the Project Management Degree Apprenticeship scheme which is now in its second year.
