KBS Maritime, a joint venture between KBR and BAE Systems, was established in 2021 to deliver Infrastructure Asset Management & Services. This followed a successful bid for the Future Maritime Support Programme (FMSP) Hard Facilities Management and Alongside Services contract. The shareholders are committed to developing KBS Maritime within the UK and international defence infrastructure market.
