As the Service Delivery Director at KBS Maritime, my role is centred around delivering Hard FM services and Alongside Services across Portsmouth Naval Base. Ensuring the many assets and infrastructure of the Naval Base are safe, reliable, capable and cost effective in meeting the operational requirements in delivering high efficiency and a value for money service to Naval Base Command.​
