Design & Build Lifecycle & New Infrastructure
KBS Maritime support the development and planning of the future infrastructure of the base to provide reliable, resilient support to Ships, units and people that operate from Portsmouth Naval Base (PNB). We work alongside the Navy Infrastructure team to enable the PNB Estate Management Plan and the Strategic Asset Management Plans for 2040 to be achieved.
In co-operation with our commercial partners, we develop solutions that enable the Naval Base to benefit from best practice, innovation and technologies used elsewhere on MOD and commercial estates, aiding the development of the Project Delivery Programme and minimising impact to the base operations.
